Even if water is drawn from an improved source, it might still be subject to faecal contamination during collection, storage and use. (Wright et al, 2004). The best way to ensure safe drinking water is to disinfect at the point of use (WHO/UNDP 2010).

 

M2 Purewater is a Point-of-Use drinking water disinfection product that is cost effective, non-toxic and environmental-friendly. M2 Purewater is chlorine free and contains no halogen-based components.

 

M2 PureWater is a free-flowing granular product soluble in water. The only primary by-product remaining in the reduction of M2 PureWater is water, making it one of the safest disinfectants available.

 

M2 PureWater is packed in an easy-to-use 8g sachet for everyday use (one sachet disinfects between 20 to 25 litres of highly contaminated water). Various other packaging options can be entertained depending on the needs of a specific application.
